I have always struggled with which movement was a Veri-Thin and which isn't, and there was no one good place I could find. Is a caliber 420 a Veri-Thin? How about a 405? Unable to find this information listed directly in Gruen
documents, I took on the task of converting the entire Newall
Fingerprint Catalog that was Gruen related.
Newall
is the only company I know of that labeled the movement calibers with
their families (e.g. Veri-Thin). It is the Veri-Thin calibers in
particular that were of the most interest to me
as the are the most common and yet there was no list of the movements.
